Dear valued friends and family,
With the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, our main priority at this time remains supporting our customers, pets, employees and community's safety. To date, we are not aware of any employee or customer cases and we want to keep it that way. We are going to do our part to reduce the spread of this virus in our community. It is because of this that we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close the shop beginning March 23rd at 5pm and will not be able to answer calls or voicemail. If you have a scheduled appointment in the coming weeks we will be reaching out to reschedule these.
We will continue to monitor and follow the guidelines of our government and health officials in determining when we will reopen our shop in the foreseeable future. These are uncertain times, but we also know they are temporary. While we work together to reduce the spread of the outbreak, we will be anxiously waiting to seeing you and your pets soon. In the meantime we will take this time to deep clean the salon in anticipation for the return of our furry friends.
We are extremely grateful for those of you supporting local small businesses such as ours. We value our customers greatly and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you all for your understanding and the continued support during these uncertain times. We are and will be keeping everyone who has been affected by COVID-19 in our thoughts and prayers.
