As of July 15, 2025, PACFA updated it's regulations to require all pet care businesses to collect and maintain vaccination records for the animals in their care.** This includes facilities such as kennels, groomers, shelters and rescues. We now require the following proof of the following vaccinations. Please call the store, bring or email the vaccination records before your next appointment, if you have provided this information already and vaccinations are still valid then no further action is needed. Rabies (for dogs over 16 weeks old)

Distemper and Parvovirus (for dogs over 8 weeks old)

Cancellations, No Call/Shows*
We understand your time is important, as is ours. No call, No shows or cancellations with less than a 24 hr. notice will be assessed a No Show fee (fee amount is based on scope of work you had scheduled) and will require a deposit to reschedule.
* We ask that you let us know of any cancellation or change requests within 48 hrs. of the scheduled appointment but at least within 24 hrs. to avoid any fees.
