We allow our furry friends to co-mingle!** If you prefer your pet to be kept separate from the other dogs kindly let us know when you arrive for your appointment
New Customers
We may not be taking dogs due to high volume and far book outs, you will need to call the store to confirm availability. New customers will pay a deposit upon scheduling that will be applied to final price of services rendered.
Late Arrivals*
We understand your time is important, as is ours.
More 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled and a fee assessed.
Cancellations, No Call/Shows*
We understand your time is important, as is ours. No call, No shows or cancellations with less than a 24 hr. notice will be assessed a No Show fee (fee amount is based on scope of work you had scheduled) and will require a deposit to reschedule.
* We ask that you let us know of any cancellation or change requests within 48 hrs. of the scheduled appointment but at least within 24 hrs. to avoid any fees.
** There are times in which we wont be able to co-mingle in order to maintain the safety of all in the salon.
